Thank you for taking the time to find out more about our thriving Catholic sixth forms for ambitious 16-19-year-old students in South London and Kent. 

Since Christ the King Sixth Form was first established over 30 years ago, almost 20,000 young people have successfully studied A-Levels or high-level vocational courses at our three centres in Sidcup, Brockley and the Lewisham/Blackheath borders in London.

We believe that each of our three sixth forms will offer something unique to students and we have a place for all hardworking, motivated students. 

CTK AQUINAS

A selective A Level sixth form centre for academic excellence in Brockley

CTK Aquinas in Brockley is the area’s only Catholic selective sixth form centre. 

If you are one of the area’s brightest, highest achieving, motivated teenagers, CTK Aquinas provides an aspirational, inclusive community. 

You will study alongside equally bright and determined peers with the aim of achieving entry to the country’s most prestigious universities, such as Oxford, Cambridge and the Russell Group. With successful mentoring programmes, extensive pastoral support, and a wide choice of 23 A Levels. You’ll become a successful, confident and principled individual with CTK Aquinas.  

The curriculum at CTK Aquinas has been modelled through partnership with independent schools. Students will receive targeted support from some of the best A Level teachers. Students will enrol on our unique Scholarship Graduate Programme and will have the chance to network with our high achieving alumni community. CTK Aquinas students are highly academic and are not afraid to aspire to great success and they will encourage you to do the same.

CTK EMMANUEL

A sixth form centre for professional excellence on the Lewisham/Blackheath borders

Just under 3 miles away from CTK Aquinas, CTK Emmanuel is the area’s only Catholic dedicated centre for professional excellence. 

This friendly, welcoming and nurturing sixth form environment will provide BTEC and T Level qualifications (equivalent to 3 A-Levels) with an emphasis on progressing to some of the UK’s best universities. 

When you study at CTK Emmanuel, you will receive exceptional levels of pastoral support, whilst studying towards careers in Business , Health, Education, Care, Science, Engineering, Creative Industries, Sports and Professional Services.

Currently almost 90% of our BTEC students go on to university. Our employer partnership boards and ongoing relationships with our influential alumni ensure that students are also getting the right knowledge to reach the top when they enter their profession after university. 

Once you graduate from CTK Emmanuel, you’ll have confidence, ambition, self-belief and all the necessary skills and experience to get into university or succeed in a brilliant career.

CTK ST MARY’S

A sixth form centre for excellence in A-Level and Applied Technical Subjects, located in Sidcup, Kent.

Here at CTK St Mary’s, you will gain access to extensive pastoral support and a range of graduate programmes to suit you. You will join other ambitious students, all working towards the same goal.  Our A Level, BTEC and T Level students benefit from outstanding university progression, many to leading institutions, including Russell Group universities. Our students follow specialist graduate programmes which are specifically designed for your choice of subject and your ability, including the Advanced Graduate Programme, for our most able students. 

You will be encouraged along the way with caring and supportive pastoral staff who will set challenging learning targets to ensure you achieve what you are truly capable of.  You will benefit from excellent teaching in A Level, BTEC and T Level subjects, tailored to meet your needs. We focus on what really matters – the quality of teaching and learning and inspiring you to reach your potential.
