Launch of the Jubilee Year of Hope 2025

We are excited to announce that Christ the King Sixth Forms will join the global Catholic community in celebrating the Jubilee Year of Hope 2025, as proclaimed by Pope Francis. This extraordinary jubilee is an invitation to renew our faith, foster unity, and reflect on the power of hope in our lives and communities. 

The Jubilee Year, themed “Pilgrims of Hope,” calls us to journey together in faith and love, building bridges of peace and reconciliation. It is a time to deepen our relationship with God, care for one another, and take active steps toward creating a more compassionate and just world. 

At Christ the King Sixth Forms, we are proud to embrace this message of hope. Throughout 2025, we will host a series of events and initiatives to inspire our students, staff, and local community: 

Jubilee Opening Ceremony

A special Mass and celebration to mark the official launch of the Jubilee Year. 

Pilgrimages and Spiritual Retreat

Opportunities to reflect and grow spiritually through prayer and communal experiences. 

Acts of Service

Outreach projects to support those in need within our community and beyond.  

Workshops and Talks

Inspiring discussions on faith, hope, and living out the Jubilee message in our daily lives. 

Environmental Action

Events focused on caring for our common home, in line with Pope Francis’s call to stewardship. 

This is a momentous occasion, and we are committed to making the Jubilee Year of Hope a transformative experience for everyone involved.
